Welcome! My work as a clinical psychologist-in-training, meditation teacher, Earth tender, Buddhist practitioner, and writer, is dedicated to supporting healing and awakening through deeply knowing ourselves as part of the living world.

Psycho-spiritual counseling

As a Clinical Psychology doctoral candidate (PhD) at Pacifica Graduate Institute and clinical psychology intern, I weave my training in Depth Psychology, Somatic Experiencing, and wisdom traditions from Buddhist and indigenous Earth-based lineages to support others in deep inquiry, inner journeying, and moving through life’s ecstatic joys and heart-breaking challenges.

Nature meditatioN & ritual

Through meditation and ritual in wild places, medicinal gardens, and sacred land that I help tend, I offer spaces for others to come home to themselves through the Earth. My offerings are weaved from my training in nature-based traditions of Buddhism, wilderness rites of passage, and folk herbalism.

Upcoming Journey into Tanaduk at Pure Land Farms on April 18th

writing

I share stories and poetry from the heart, inspired by personal adventures and inquiry from psychology, plants, and dreaming in the Wild. On Substack: “Held by the Earth”.

My Master's Thesis of the same title can be found in the journal Ecopsychology.

Journey into Tanaduk

Healing plant and sound meditative immersions in Tanaduk - the healing garden of the Medicine Buddha's Pure Land, a vibrant living medicinal garden tucked in the hills of Pure Land Farms Tibetan Buddhist center, where I tend the land weekly.

Held by the Earth

Master’s Thesis published in the journal Ecopsychology, available online.

A collection of stories on the ongoing journey home to the self through nature. These personal stories came from something like 100 nights over the past 5 years spent camping in the wilderness on silent meditation retreats and training at Buddhist monasteries and practice centers.
